How many "auctioners" are actually able to win? I've tried all the favorable acts for Alesia & nothing's let her win. Is there a way to edit the code values or just skip to the scene?
How fleshed out are the four different bid routes?
That last choice ("You feel drawn...") shouldn't be available until you've exhausted all other options. So you must have triggered one of the other events twice, maybe by using the "back" arrow to reverse choices?
Perhaps I'll need to figure out a more durable way to code that section to prevent this.
Hopefully we get more updates for the Academy route in the next few updates cause I feel like they ain't getting enough love compared to the gladiator.
Honestly, it's rare that one of these text-based stories REALLY grips me, and keeps me invested in what's happening, but this is so well-written, so intriguing! I honestly wonder what the story might be like if I use a different stat set up - how people will react to the character, how the fight scene might go differently. I love the work so far, and I wish I had the money to subscribe to the patreon.

This is the best CYOA game I've ever played the characters are complicated and the right answer isn't always obvious. On my first playthrough I beat the troll and it was an awesomely written battle I felt the dread when it was first revealed and the tentative excitement as it continued and the undeniable joy after my triumph.
I have enjoyed this game so far, and will be waiting for new updates to come. The plot seems promising, and thanks for giving us a chance to teach that highborn a lesson :)

Interested to see how stat checks will be implemented as well; my default character(mght/mind) got his teeth kicked in at the academy and i didnt find a way to even the confrontation until i switched to a mobility build.
Typically, in situations like this, I'd say 'Orphan' is too early in development and doesn't yet have enough content to fairly judge where(and in what state) the game will be once completed. BUT... What is available presents a tone of fantasy so raw, visceral(, and quite horny) that I've seldom seen elsewhere. And even within that rarity, it manages to communicate those feelings smoother and with a focused quality that rivals some of the best I know. If you love the grim darkness of settings like Warhammer I'd wager you'll love 'Orphan'. So while I unfortunately must temper expectations with the reminder of just how young it's development is thus far, I'll be sure to follow it's progress with high hopes and I hope others do as well.

I have some problem with BGM, a song it alway mix with main theme that like a loop. Is it normal or bug? I play on Mac os.
